Refund Policy
Our customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Our policy under these circumstances are if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and your items are:
(a) faulty and the defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
If you do not return the item within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to a replacement product of equal value. Refunds can only be credited using original method of payment.
Please send all items back to us 'as new' and with all tags attached to:

Once your items have been received by our warehouse, please allow 7 working days for us to process your return. (Original delivery fees are non-refundable).
Exchange Policy
Should you find that your item does not fit or suit, we allow exchanges for a different size (if available) or for another style of equal value. If a garment is not available then a refund will be made available, see refund policy for further details.
To exchange your item, please email us your order details and an accompanying note explaining which size you require.

Items exchanged are at your own expense however your replacement items are shipped to you at no extra cost.

We are not legally obligated to give refunds or exchange for a ‘change of mind’.
