CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Once your order has been submitted, it is possible for you to make amendments prior to dispatch. If you contact us by phone +613 96393869 or email online@vanishingelephant.com we are still able to edit the order providing it hasn’t been shipped. If you have already received a shipping notification via email, this means that your order has already left our warehouse and therefore cannot be changed. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations. How do I know my order has been shipped? When an order has been paid for in full, we will notify you by email to inform you that your item/s have been shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW THESE ARE GENUINE VANISHING ELEPHANT GARMENTS?
All items are shipped from the VANISHING ELEPHANT head office. We guarantee our products are 100% authentic. What size am I? For your convenience, each product page includes a sizing chart. What currency will I be charged in? All transactions are charged in AUD (Australian dollars)
