CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Once your order has been submitted, it is possible for you to make amendments prior to dispatch. If you contact us by phone +613 96393869 or email email@example.com we are still able to edit the order providing it hasn’t been shipped. If you have already received a shipping notification via email, this means that your order has already left our warehouse and therefore cannot be changed. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations. How do I know my order has been shipped? When an order has been paid for in full, we will notify you by email to inform you that your item/s have been shipped.

All items are shipped from the VANISHING ELEPHANT head office. We guarantee our products are 100% authentic. What size am I? For your convenience, each product page includes a sizing chart. What currency will I be charged in? All transactions are charged in AUD (Australian dollars)

The below estimates are correct, providing the product ordered is in stock and available to sell. We will notify you if there will be a delay in the shipment of your order.

Please note, during promotional periods of high traffic, orders may take up to 48 hours to dispatch.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Please allow regular Australia Post delivery 3-4 days. Australia Post Express, if ordered prior to 2pm AEST, should arrive next day. However, this is not guaranteed. If in NT or WA, please refrain from selecting Express as Auspost can not guarantee on time delivery. Deliveries to these states may take up to 10 days, unfortunately this is out of our control.
International shipments may require 10 - 12 working days to arrive.
Taxes and import duties for your country are not included in the product cost or delivery fee. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these upon receipt. Please allow an extra couple of days, as your order may be caught in customs.
Please take the above as approximate time periods for delivery. We do not post on Victorian Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, will be sent the following Monday. We will do our best to ensure the above, however, sometimes things are out of our control. We appreciate your patience, and will do all in our power to assist with your Vanishing Elephant delivery.
Domestic orders under $50 will incur a $10 regular post fee. Free regular tracked delivery for orders over $50. Express post is $15, or free with orders over $300 (excluding WA and NT).
Delivery to New Zealand is $15AUD with express international courier. Delivery to the Rest of the World is $25AUD with pack and track. We offer free shipping with International orders over $400AUD.
Please note, taxes and import duties for your country are not included in the product cost or delivery fee. Please familiarise yourself with these costs before completing your purchase. Any return to sender fees' incurred will be at your own expense.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We happily accept returns/exchanges on full-priced product in their original condition (unworn/unwashed) within 14 days of receipt. Please note return shipping for exchanges and returns is at your own expense.
All sale purchases are final sales, and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason unless faulty. Please choose carefully when purchasing reduced product.
Under no circumstances are online orders to be returned directly to our retail stores. Product purchased online may not be exchanged in store and vice-versa. If you have any concerns regarding our returns policy, please contact email@example.com prior to making your purchase.
How do I return an item?
For all exchange requests, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#).
Please provide a brief explanation of your return/exchange, including your order number. All items are to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your RA#. Items received after the 14-day time frame will be assessed at our discretion. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not liable for any lost returned items.
Please note that garment tags must remain attached, and any item returned that is soiled or damaged will be sent back to you at your own expense. We only accept footwear if they are returned in their original undamaged shoe boxes, without sole markings. We recommend trying shoes on a soft surface. Jewellery may be exchanged with the exception of earrings.
Apparel is sold through our retail store in Melbourne city. Please be aware that product you've purchased may have been tried on in store.
